Leonard Warren Wilson, born July 26, 1927, in Wayne County, Illinois, passed away August 10, 2008, in San Antonio, Texas, at the age of 81 years.   Funeral services at the Sunset Funeral Home in San Antonio with the Committal Service to follow at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.

Major Wilson served his country in the U.S. Army in W.W. II, Korea and Vietnam.

Mr. Wilson is survived by his four children, Leonard Wilson Jr., Dorothy Walton, Peggy Campbell and Guy Douglas Wilson; seven grandchildren, Christoph Graham, Christian Campbell, Elizabeth Walton, Ryan Wilson, Sarah Wilson, Gina Wilson and Deanna Wilson; and great-granddaughter, Ryleigh Campbell.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 60 years, Patricia Ann Decker Wilson.
