Betty K. Holson, 76, of Olney died Monday February 24, 2003 at Richland Memorial Hospital in Olney.  Funeral services at Summers-Kistler Funeral Home with Reverend Father Jerry Wirth officiating. Burial in Haven Hill Memorial Garden in Olney.

Mrs. Holson was born on June 6, 1926 in Lawrenceville, the daughter of Jim L. and Cecil (Dunlap) Jones. She married Joe Holson on July 29, 1955, and he survives.

She was a homemaker and a member of Richland Country Club and American Legion Auxiliary.

Mrs. Holson is survived by her husband, Joe Holson of Olney; two brothers, Bob Jones and his wife, Onzalee of Fairfield and Ed Jones and his wife, Mabel of Olney; a sister, Donna Deischer and her husband, Maynard of Olney and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Harold.
