Evelyn "Tev" Hendershott Moore, 93,  of Olney died on March 1, 2014 at Brookstone Estates.

Evelyn was born May 30, 1920 in Richland Co., IL to Marie Hendershott. She married Victor Ray Moore on June 17, 1961 in Hillsdale, MI. He precedes her in death.

Evelyn worked as a house mother along with her husband Vic at the American Legions Soldiers and Sailors Children's Home in Normal, IL for ten years. She lived in FL for ten years and moved back to Olney to be closer to family and friends. She was also a bookkeeper for Bob Summers for 15 years.

Evelyn is survived by a son, David Blasingame and wife Charlotte of Montgomery, AL, 6 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, 14 great-great- grandchildren, two close friends, John and Paula Payne of Olney.

She is preceded in death by her mother, husband, and two grandchildren.
