Thad M. Cramer, 78, of Plainfield, Indiana died July 15, 1998 at Plainfield Healthcare Center. Services at Weaver Funeral Home in Danville, Ind. with burial at Danville South Cemetery.

Cramer was born June 3, 1920 to Rev. Clay Thaddius and Ethel (McKean) Cramer. He was married to Wanda Cramer and she survives.

Cramer was a Director of Education and Athletic Director for the Indiana Boys School for 45 years.  Before that he was principal of Lain Business College. He was a member of Danville United Methodist Church; Indianapolis Scottish Rite and a 50-year member of the Danville Masonic Lodge.

Survivors include two sons, Thad "Mack" II and Kenneth R. Cramer both of Danville.

He was preceded in death by his first wife, Bertha E. (Christie) Cramer.
