Herman Delbert Bill, 83, of Olney died Wednesday February 5, 2003 at Richland Memorial Hospital in Olney.  Funeral services at Stasi-Grove Funeral Home in Olney with Reverend Bill Rennels, pastor of Glenwood Church, officiating. Burial in Haven Hill Cemetery in Olney.

Mr. Bill was born on August 25, 1919 in Richland County, the son of William Carl and Luella (Glathart) Bill. He married Margaret Williams on November 6, 1940. She survives.

He was a life member of Blain Congregational Christian Church in rural Olney. He was a life member of Richland County Farm Bureau, where he served for a period of time on the Board of Directors.

Mr. Bill is survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Margaret Bill of Olney; a daughter, Susan Walker and her husband, David of Noble; and a grandson, Jason Walker, still living at home.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
