Catherine Bartley Ferguson, 61, St. Petersburg, Fla., died Friday afternoon, March 14, 1981.  Services in St. Petersburg, Fla.

She was born in Richland County February 1, 1919, to W. O. Bartley and Clara Durbin.

Surviving are her husband, Carl H. Ferguson; two sons, Bob Ferguson and Jim Ferguson; three daughters, Pamela Ferguson, Mary Ferguson and Julia Ferguson. Her husband and children all live in St. Petersburg, Fla.

Also surviving are three brothers, Robert Bartley, Calhoun, Edward Bartley, Grayville and Patrick Bartley, Walla Walla, Wash.
