Gaylord O. Ellis, 57, of Rochester, Michigan and formerly of Olney died February 13, 1976 at his home.

Gaylord was born April 22, 1919, son of Melvin E. Ellis and Dorothy Snively Ellis.

He is survived by his wife, Betty; two daughters, Cindy and Debbie of Rochester; mother and father, Mr. and Mrs. Melvin E. Ellis, Lakeland, Fla. and a brother, Maurice Ellis of Argus, Ind.

Mr. Ellis was a 1937 graduate of Olney Township High School.
