Roy L. "Tommy" Thomson, 69, died Sunday, February 21, 1988 at St. Mary's Hospital in Evansville, Indiana.  Services at Trinity United Methodist Church, Mt. Carmel, with Rev. Dennis Doan officiating.  Burial in Highland Memorial Cemetery in Mt. Carmel, Ill.

Roy was born August 13, 1918 in Richland County, Illinois the son of Roy E. and Grace Williams Thomson.  He married Priscilla Adams March 9, 1944 in Pensacola, Florida and she survives.

He was a World War II Navy Veteran and was a Real Estate Broker.  He was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church, the Elks and Chamber of Commerce.

Survivors are three daughters, Sara Storkman, Kathi Baker and Marti Thomson; a son, Peter A. Thomson; two sisters, Catharine Fleischman and Bertha Linn both of Vero Beach, Fla.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Roy and Grace Thomson.
