Henry M. Kutz, age 60, died November 1, 1976, he was born March 10, 1916 a son of George W. and Debbie J. (Houser) Kutz.

He is survived by his wife, Alberta C. and a son, Richard M. of Phoenix; daughter, Kathy R. Cameron, Glendale; brothers, Robet J. and Olin E., Illinois, Jerry, Florida; sisters, Minnie Hadley, Indiana, Bessie Luthe, Illinois; two grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by sisters, Margaret Mikeworth, Edith Plumlee, Helen Treece and Edna L. Kutz.

Mass of Christian Burial at Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church, interment at Greenwood Memorial Park.
