Eva Louise Murray Leonard, 87, of Houston, Texas,  beloved wife, mother and grandmother, died on August 24, 2004.

Born on November 25, 1916, in Olney, Illinois, Eva moved to Houston in 1948 where she remained the rest of her life except for the three years she and the family lived in England.

Surviving her are her husband, George S. Leonard; children, Jane Leonard Verm and husband, Ray Alan Verm of Houston and George Lewis Leonard and wife Mary Rhines Leonard of Colorado; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

A memorial service held in the chapel of The Settegast-Kopf Co. Funeral Directors, 3320 Kirby Drive.
