Fannie Marie Shultz, 88, of Olney died Thursday July 24, 2003 at Richland Care and Rehab in Olney.  Funeral services at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Olney with Reverend Father Jerry Wirth officiating.  Burial in St. Joseph's Cemetery in Olney.

Mrs. Shultz was born on January 31, 1915 in Richland County, the daughter of Howard and Betsy (Goodart) Cazel. She married Edmund C. Shultz on November 25, 1938.  He preceded her in death on March 21, 2000.

She was a homemaker and a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Olney and Knights of Columbus Auxiliary.

Mrs. Shultz is survived by two daughters, Anita Shultz of Olney and Barbara McEachen and her husband, Bob of Waco, Texas; four sons, James Shultz of Olney, Robert Shultz of Pismo Beach, Calif., Jerome Shultz and his wife, Carolyn of Albion and Thomas Shultz and his wife, Merry of Olney; a sister, Florence of California; seven grandchildren; two step-grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, two brothers and two sisters.
