Georgia Bishop, 82, formerly of 205 S. Birch St., Wenona, Illinois died Wednesday, March 17, 1999, at ASTA Care Center in Toluca, where she had lived for the past eight years. Cremation rites accorded.
Born July 3, 1916, in Olney to Earl and Nettie Hostettler, she married Andrew Bishop. He died July 26, 1971.
Two brothers also preceded her in death.
Surviving are one daughter, Barbara Robinson of Worcester, Mass.; one son, Robert of Ottawa; one brother, Roy Hostettler of Bloomington; three sisters, Aleen Hostettler of Olney, Mrs. Dallas (Barbara) Beyer of Decatur and Marge West of Peoria; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
She taught grade school in Wenona for many years.
