Geneva D. Wenk, 80, of Olney died Wednesday November 22, 1995 at Brandel Care Center in Northbrook.  Services at Elm Street Christian Church in Olney with Rev. Keith Krueger officiating. Burial in Haven Hill Cemetery in Olney.

Wenk was born June 25, 1915 in Olney, the daughter of Samuel and Ethel (Gard) Cralle. She married Herman Henry Wenk June 29, 1941 in Glenview. He preceded her in death February 14, 1983.

She was a retired owner/operator of Floral Shop in Northbrook and was a member of Elm Street Christian Church in Olney, the Home Extension Association and the Clio Club and also volunteered many hours with Good Samaritan of Richland County.

She is survived by a daughter, Nancy Pfingston and her husband, Gene of Northbrook; a daughter-in-law, Betsy Wenk of Mariposa, Calif.; four sisters, Marjorie Poorman, Norma Wheat and Betty Sterchi all of Olney and Virginia Stevens of Florissant, Mo.; and five grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, one son, Ronald and one sister, Eloise.
