Freda Loveless was born in Olney, Richland County, IL, May 5, 1918, the daughter of Barney Zerkel and Grace Nicholas Zerkel.

She died at the United Methodist Nursing Home in Lawrenceville, Lawrence County, IL, April 17, 1998.

She married Bob F. Loveless, in Olney, July 13, 1940.  She was a homemaker and a member of the First United Methodist Church of Olney, IL.

She is survived by her husband of Las Vegas, one sister-in-law, Beth Armsey and her husband Jim of Urbana, IL.

She was preceded in death by her son Steven R. Loveless, who died in 1988 in California.
