Hazel Lucille (Kutz) Worthey, 61, Urbana, Illinois died Monday, November 11, 1979 at an Urbana nursing home. She was born February 4, 1918 in Pascola, Missouri, daughter of Frank and Minnie (Houser) Kutz. She married Walter E. Worthey and he preceded her in death in 1973.

Hazel was preceded in death by her parents and is survived by daughters, Lucille Wright, St. Joseph, and Charlene Gussing, Thomasboro; a sister, Iona Davis, Champaign; and four grandchildren.

Services at the Weaver-Anderson Funeral Home, Urbana. Burial in Maplewood Cemetery, Rantoul.
