Graveside services for Elsie Marie (Marsh) Riggins, 87, of San Mateo, California who passed away August 14, 2004, will be held at Liberty Lawn Cemetery in Olney with Rev. Scott Carlson officiating.

Summers-Kistler Funeral Home in Olney in charge of arrangements.

Elsie was born March 7, 1917 a daughter of John L. and Myrtle Marsh. She married Virgil Riggins in 1950 in California. He preceded her in death in 1972.

She is survived by a sister, Mary Lou Brown of Olney.

Mrs. Riggins is also preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Clem W. Marsh and John L. Marsh and one sister, Hazel V. Smith.
