Effie Charlene (Travis) Jahncke, 98, of Spring Valley, California died December 7, 2010 in Spring Valley.

She was born December 17, 1912, the daughter of John and Laura (Colvin) Travis.  She was preceded in death by her sister, Frances Naomi Iaun. 

She is survived by a sister Thelma Appleby of Olney.
