Grace K. Hostettler, 82, of Ocala, an artist and teacher, died Friday, Nov. 1, 1996, at her home.

A native of South Dakota, Mrs. Hostettler came here from Illinois 27 years ago. She was a co-founder of the Unity Church in Ocala and taught swimming here.

Survivors include her daughter, Judith A. Howell, Naperville, Ill.; a son, Peter P.J. Hostettler, Ocala; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Frank E. Hostettler, and daughter, JoAnn Blattner.
