Mildred (Fritchley) Kubilski, 73, Heritage Manor, Normal, formerly of Parkersburg, died Wednesday, July 12, 1989, at Brokaw Hospital, Normal.  Services at Summers Funeral Home, the Rev. Steve Rutter officiating. Burial in Oak Hill Cemetery, Parkersburg.

Mrs. Kubilski was born in Edwards County August 22, 1915, the daughter of George C. "Teed" and Lanna (Marks) Fritchley.

She was a retired Richland County school teacher and a member of the Parkersburg Christian Church.

Survivors include one daughter, Patricia Luthe, Congerville and one grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, George C. Fritchley and Cyril M. Fritchley.
