Mrs. Doris W. Cooper, 66, Kingfisher, Oklahoma, died Saturday September 19, 1981 in Kingfisher Hospital.  Funeral Mass in St. Peter and Paul Catholic church in Kingfisher with Father James Ross presiding. Burial in Park Grove Cemetery in Broken Arrow.

Mrs. Cooper was born October 30, 1914 in Geneseo, the daughter of Melton and Edna Widger. She married D.C. Cooper December 1, 1938 in Washington, Ind. and he survives.

She was a member of St. Peter and Paul Catholic church.

Other survivors include a son, D.C. (Skip) Cooper, Jr., Columbus Air Force Base, Miss.; two sisters, Mrs. Lola Smith, Olney and Mrs. Hazel Harvey, Buckingham, and two grandchildren.
