Elsie Margaret Piper, 79, of Olney, died Thursday June 18, 1992 at Olney Care Center.  Funeral services at Zirkle Funeral Home with Rev. Randy Grimmett officiating. Burial in Crest Haven Memorial Park.

Mrs. Piper was born July 19, 1912 the daughter of Christian and Ann (Windish) Seiler. She married Raymond Piper and he preceded her in death.  Mrs. Piper was a member of St. Paul United Methodist Church.

Mrs. Piper is survived by three sons, Gary Piper of Springfield, Charles Piper and Fred Piper, both of Olney; two sisters, Edith Mosser of Champaign and Ethel Marlowe of Phoenix, Ariz.; eight grandchildren; two great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Piper was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one son, William C. Piper, one brother, Howard Seiler and one sister, Katherine Kiebach.
