Argyll Marie (Riley) Talbert, age 22, of Sesser, Illinois died April 21, 1937 at 6:30 p.m. at Mary Sherman Hospital in Sullivan, Indiana. She died from complications with pregnancy.

Argyll was born January 1, 1915 in Richland County Illinois, daughter of Benjamin F. and Fern (Daniels) Riley.

She married A. Lyman Talbert, principal of Fairfield High School in Fairfield, Ill in August 1936.

Argyll was a music and typing teacher the past two years in the Clinton High School. She was a graduate of Commerce, Illinois State Normal University at Normal and also of the Wesleyan School of Music, Bloomington.

She is survived by her husband, Lyman Talbert; parents, Ben and Fern Riley and brother, Mendel L. Riley.

Burial in Woodlawn Cemetery, Urbana, Illinois.
