Willimena "Billie" Griffith, 89, of Pineville, West Virginia died Thursday, January 4, 2001 at Arthur B. Hodges Center in Charleston, West Virginia.  Funeral services at First United Methodist Church in Pineville, West Virginia. Burial in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens Mausoleum in Beckley, West Virginia.

Mrs. Griffith was born on January 1, 1912 in Olney, the daughter of Adam and Dora (Eilenstein) Pflaum. She married Harold Griffith. He survives.

She attended Stanford Business College in St. Louis, Mo. and worked in the Richland County Farm Bureau office in Olney before moving to West Virginia.

Mrs. Griffith is survived by her husband of 60 years, Harold Griffith of Pineville, W.Va.; a daughter, Patti Harman of Charleston, W.Va.; a brother, Carl Pflaum of Olney; a sister, Katherine Walters of Paramount, Calif.; and four grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a daughter, Sharon Griffith Flow; a brother, Val; two sisters, Pauline Lytle and Elsie Tennyson; and a half-sister, Bess Delzell.
