Mildred L. Ulm, 68, 719 N. Morgan, Olney died November 8, 1981 at her home.  Services at Immanuel United Methodist Church with Rev. LeRoy Pittman presiding. Burial at Crest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery.

Mrs. Ulm was born June 27, 1913 in Richland County, the daughter of Milburn and Harriett (Schmoker) Mowrer.  She married Richard Provines Sept. 1, 1931 and he died in April 1963.  She then married Robert Ulm October 5, 1968 and he survives.

She was an employee of First National Bank in Olney for many years.  She was a member of the Immanuel United Methodist Church and was church organist for many years.

Other survivors include two sons, Dr. Richard Provines. Los Altos, Ca.; and Dr. Joe Provines, Mountain View, Ca.; a daughter, Mrs. Donald T. (Shirley L.) Beagle, Olney; a sister, Mrs. A. Lee (Marjorie L.) Shafer, Olney; nine grandchildren; two great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Richard, a grandson and a step-son, Wendell Ulm.
