Frank Pool, 68, Mesa, Arizona and formerly of Olney died Monday, August 11, 1980 in Arizona.  Services held in Mesa, Arizona.

Mr. Pool was born in Richland County in January 1913, to Lee and Amy Pool. He is survived by his wife, Minerva. He was a teacher, school superintendent, and was involved in school work all his life. He was a member of the Christian Church and the Masonic Lodge.

Other survivors include a daughter, Francine Elder, Springfield; two brothers, Marshall, Arlington and Don Pool of Olney; a sister, Edith Boley, Vandalia; three grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by a brother and his parents.
