Elma Madeline (West) Perry, age 77, of Chicago, Illinois passed away Friday, May 19, 1989 in Cook County, Illinois. Elma was born in Heyworth, Illinois on November 17, 1911 daughter of Lewis W. and Lula E. (Liebhart) West.  She married Wendell Perry February 21, 1951 in Cook County.

Elma was the beloved wife of the late Wendell; loving mother of William (Debbie); dear grandmother of Sylvia and Michael; fond sister of Jim West.

Funeral service at Drake & Son Guardian Chapel, N. Western Ave., Chicago.
