Minnie Louise Olson, 90, formerly of Olney died Friday March 28, 2003 in Bakersfield, California. A memorial service held at Northminster Presbyterian Church in Bakersfield.  Graveside services held at Greenlawn Mortuary.

Mrs. Olson was born on September 10, 1912 the daughter of Charles Phillip and Mary (Burgener) Schahrer.

She taught school in Richland County before moving to Bakersfield, where she was an Home Economics teacher for many years until her retirement.

Mrs. Olson is survived by her husband, Herb Olson of Bakersfield; a son, Chris Olson of San Rafael, Calif. and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, six brothers, Otto, Wilbert, Fred, Jack, Carl and Lee and five sisters, Ruth Sheets, Esther Schahrer, Nona Oltman, Bertha Oltman and Inez Grove.
