Wilma Fritschle, 90, of Olney, died Saturday September 8, 2001 at the home of her niece, Julia Smith in Olney.  Funeral services at Summers-Kistler Funeral Home in Olney with Reverend Bill Reynolds officiating. Burial in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in rural Claremont.

Mrs. Fritschle was born on June 14, 1911 in Richland County, the daughter of Charles Abe and Daisy (Mercer) Mitchell. She married C.F. (Connie) Fritschle on November 12, 1938. He preceded her in death on December 2, 2000.

She was a retired school teacher who taught in rural county schools for many years.

Mrs. Fritschle is survived by a sister, Loda E. Kimmel of Olney; and several nieces and nephews, including Julia Smith and her husband, Clarence of Olney.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; a sister, Velma; twin brother, William "Bill" Mitchell and brother, Loren Mitchell.
