Jimmy Ray Mullinax, 82, of Yorba Linda, California died Wednesday, May 29, 2013 as a result of a brain tumor.

Jimmy was born December 28, 1931 in Richland County, Illinois, the son of Harry and Bonnie Beatrice Miller Mullinax.

He grew up in the Parkersburg area, graduating from Olney Township High School in 1949.  He married Joyce Hilgenberg.  Jimmy owned an insurance agency in Olney for a number of years.  They eventually moved to California where Jimmy managed a Sears White Store until his retirement.  While living in the West Salem area they owned and operated Joy Lane Gift Shop south of Parkersburg.

Jimmy is survived by a son, Robert and daughter, Susan and grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Harry and Bea Mullinax and brother, Jack Mullinax.
