Marianne M. Richart, 67, a native of Olney, Ill., and a resident of Gulf Shores, died Friday, Dec. 17, 1998.

She was born October 21, 1931 the daughter of Donovan D. McCarty and Janet Murry McCarty.

She is survived by her husband, John M. Richart of Gulf Shores; two sons, John N. Richart of Panama City, Fla., and Daniel J. Richart of Atlanta; one daughter, Janet Leib of Daphne; one sister, Susan Hall of Yorba Linda, Calif.; and three grandchildren.

Funeral services at the Gulf Shores Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Charles Sims officiating.
