Joretta Ilene Thomas, 59, of Olney, died on August 9, 1990, at her daughter's home in Vincennes, Indiana.  Burial was held at Crest Haven Memorial Park.

Mrs. Thomas was born on April 13, 1931, in West Salem to Walter A. Tucker and Lucille (Luthe) Tucker.

Mrs. Thomas was an employee of the Roadmaster Corporation in Olney.

She is survived by one son, Demrick Thomas of Pensacola, Florida, and one daughter, Larisa Gaye Thomas of Vincennes, Indiana. She is also survived by one brother, Bob Tucker of Creole Springs and two sisters, Ann Mowrer of Minerva, Ohio and Betty Lame of Springfield.  She is also survived by five grandchildren.

Mrs. Thomas was preceded in death by her parents.
