Cecyle Marie Stacey, 64, of Charleston, died Sunday, March 31, 1996 at her home.  Services at Zirkle Funeral Home in Olney. Burial in the Crest Haven Memorial Park east of Olney.

Stacey was born March 31, 1932 in Spokane, Wash., the daughter of Harold and June (Mitchell) Chamberlin.

She worked as an accountant for Stone and Webster Engineering for 24 years, retiring in 1994. She had been located with the company in Florida, Massachusetts, Louisiana and Alabama.

She is survived by two sons, Gary Stacey and his wife, Sandy, of Mt. Zion, and Dan Stacey and his wife, Marilyn, of Charleston; two brothers, Dudley E. Chamberlin and his wife, Betty, of Olney, and Jerry Chamberlin and his wife, Carol, of Flagstaff, Ariz.; and three grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents.
