Vanetta Tate "Bunn" Schrey, 76, of Olney, died Saturday, June 23, 2007, at Richland Memorial Hospital in Olney.  Burial in Haven Hill Cemetery in Olney.

Mrs. Schrey was born December 30, 1930, in Olney, the daughter of Van and Pheba (Tate) Runyon. She married Calvin Schrey. He survives.

She worked for many years in retail sales, including Rax and Kentucky Fried Chicken. She was a member of Elm Street Christian Church in Olney, American Legion Auxiliary and Gideons International.

Mrs. Schrey is survived by her husband, Calvin "Cal" Schrey, of Olney; sons, Steven Schrey and his wife, Cynthia, of Robinson; daughter, Karen Sterchi, of Olney; grandchildren, Aaron Schrey and his wife, Natalie, of Tampa, Fla., Brett Schrey, of St. Louis, Mo., Jennifer Holler and her husband, Travis, of St. Paul, Minn., Nakia Slone and her husband, Kevin, of Plainfield, Ind., Jay Sterchi and his wife, Jamie, of Vincennes, and Chris Sterchi and his wife, Chelsey, of Dundas; and great-grandchildren, Ashton and Alyssa Slone, Haylee and Brady Sterchi, and Trevor Jones.
