Cathryn Viola Foss, 71, of Olney, died Monday July 23, 2001 at her residence.  Funeral services at Summers-Kistler Funeral Home with Reverend David A. McNabb officiating. Burial in Maple Dale Cemetery in Olney.

Ms. Foss was born on November 12, 1929 in Olney, the daughter of Herbert and Hazel (Chaney) Gray.

She was a retired secretary for East Richland School District.

Ms. Foss is survived by three daughters, Teresa Kessler and her husband, John of Olney, Debbie Foss of Eleva, Wisc. and Cindy Harris and her husband, Greg of Cottage Grove, Ore.; a brother, Don Gray of Missouri and seven grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one brothers.
