Robert L. "Bob" Elliott, 67, of Olney, died May 19, 1996, at Memorial Medical Center, Springfield.

Mr. Elliott was born February 14, 1929, in Harvey, the son of Glen and Edna J. (Lester) Elliott.  He married Lenore Grove in 1950.

He worked in sales in agriculture for several years.  He was a U. S. Navy veteran and a member of the Elks, Eagles, and Richland Country Club.

Surviving are his widow; a son, Neal Elliott; two daughters, Janet Leaf and Julie Tabb; seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
