Marion Loreda Gallagher Burgener, 74, of Olney died Sunday, October 26, 2003 at her residence in Olney.  Burial in Crest Haven Memorial Park near Claremont.

Mrs. Burgener was born on July 27, 1929 in Calhoun, the daughter of Oscar and Helen (Moore) Williams. She married Walter Neil Gallagher on April 16, 1948 in Hopkinsville, Ky. He preceded her in death on May 3, 1994. She later married Manferd Burgener on February 22, 1996 in Olney. He survives.

She was a member of First Assembly of God Church in Olney. She loved to travel and traveled extensively in her latter years. She enjoyed family, flowers, working in her garden, camping and fishing. She worked at the Richland County Treasurer's Office from 1968 until her retirement in 1990.

Mrs. Burgener is survived by her husband, Manferd Burgener of Olney; a son, Jeff Gallagher and his wife, Gerry of Sibley; daughter, Jill Morlan of Olney; stepdaughter, Carol James and her husband, Roger of Dundas; one brother, Loren Williams and his wife, Delores of Olney; a grandchild; six step-grandchildren; and eight step-great-grandchildren.
