Alva F. Rauch, 89, of Olney, passed away on Wednesday, March 4, 2015 at Burgin Manor.  Mass of Christian Burial at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Olney with burial in the church cemetery.

Mr. Rauch was born July 5, 1925 in Jasper County, Illinois, the son of John and Frances (Weber) Rauch.

He graduated from Olney Township High School Class of 1944. He was employed by Wilson Sales for several years and later by AMF as Parts and Service Manager for 21 years. He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Olney. He enjoyed listening to recorded music from his collection of many years.

He is survived by several nieces and nephews.

Mr. Rauch was preceded in death by his parents, brothers, Henry, Clarence, Edgar, and Cletus, sisters, Estella Meadows, Viola Fehrenbacher, and Elizabeth Kocher.
