Helen Louise Miller

Crash Fatal to Olney Girl -- Miss Helen Miller, 23, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Miller of 320 Summit Street, was fatally injured in an auto accident near Dennison, Iowa early Tuesday, July 26, 1949.

Miss Miller, who suffered head injuries and a possible fractured skull, passed away Tuesday evening.

Accompanying three other girls, Miss Miller was on a vacation trip at the time of the accident, but Miss Miller, riding beside the driver, was fatally injured while the driver was slightly hurt.

Miss Miller was on vacation from the Revenue Accounting Department of the Illinois Commercial Telephone Company, where she had been employed for the past five years.

She is survived by her parents, two brothers Gerald and Roy and two sisters, Dorthy and Judy, all at home.  Also her paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. William Linder of Olney.
