Rowena A. Price Popplewell, age 86 of Santa Maria, California passed away May 13, 2011.

Rowena was born in Richland County July 17, 1924 a daughter of Charles H. and Martha M. Schnell Price.  She married James Arthur Popplewell and he preceded her in death in 2007.

She is survived by two children and several siblings.
