Frank J. Weber Jr.

Dr. Frank J. Weber, Jr., 70, 1773 Baird, Olney, died Wednesday (October 1983) in his home.  Services in the First United Methodist Church in Olney with Rev. Dwight Jones presiding. Burial in Haven Hill Cemetery.

Dr. Weber was born May 19, 1913 in Olney, the son of Frank Joseph Sr. and Gertrude (Loftin) Weber. He married Mary W. McDermott June 29, 1940 in Brooklyn, N.Y. and she survives.

He was a member of the First United Methodist Church and was a practicing physician at Weber Medical Clinic for many years. In 1957 he was named Outstanding Citizen in Olney by the Chamber of Commerce.

Other survivors include three sons, Frank J. III, Collinsville; Dr. Pete and Tom L., both of Olney; two daughters, Mrs. Walter (Regina) Reed, Indianapolis, Ind.; and Mrs. Lee (Gretchen) Whitaker, St. Louis, Mo.; a sister, Mrs. Larry (Gretchen) Arnold, Olney; and seven grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Dr. Tom Weber.
