Edith (McDowell) Laycock, 95, born in Olney, Illinois March 30, 1905, passed away in Tucson, Arizona November 1, 2001.

Edith lived her early years near Olney and taught Home Economics in Olney High School before moving to Tucson in 1947.

She will be greatly missed by her family and many friends.

She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Ernest C. Laycock in March 1988. Edith is survived by step-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Services at East Lawn Palms Chapel with Pastor John Luttman of East Side Assembly of God officiating. Private burial at South Lawn Cemetery.
