Miss Betty Lou Slichenmyer, aged 18 passed away early last Sunday morning, February 2, 1936. Wednesday evening her mother, Mrs. Omer Slichenmyer, aged 42, also died. Both deaths occurred at the Olney Sanitarium and the cause of death in both cases was pneumonia.

Miss Betty was born November 5, 1917.

Miss Betty is survived by her father, Omer Slichenmyer; one brother, John Edward Slichenmyer; one sister, Barbara Jean Slichenmyer; aunts and uncles.

After graduating from Olney High School in the class of 1935, Miss Slichenmyer obtained employment at the J.C. Ritter law office where she was employed at the time of death.

Burial in Haven Hill Cemetery.
