Randall Joe Waggoner, 54, of Abilene, Kan., died April 12, 2011, at his winter residence in Kissimmee, Fla. Cremation rites were accorded.

Randy was born November 13, 1956, in Lawrenceville, the son of Guy and Marjorie Waggoner. He spent the last 15 years of his life with his wife, Becky Topliff, in Abilene, Kan.

He worked at Geary Community Hospital in Junction City, Kan., as Director of Information Systems and served as president for TCB Healthcare Consulting, Inc. He received his bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Kansas State University Salina.

Randy will be loved and remembered by his wife, Becky Topliff, of Abilene, Kan.; son, Chase Topliff and his fiancée, Bailee Guyer, of Goodland, Kan.; mother, Marjorie Ann Waggoner, of Olney; brothers, David Waggoner and Mike Waggoner, of Olney, and Brian Waggoner, of Fort Collins, Colo.; sister, Kim Greene, of Silverthorne, Colo.; several nieces and nephews; and great friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, Guy Waggoner Jr.
