thomas seabolt class of 84Thomas H. Seabolt, 46, of Mt. Carmel, died Sunday, October 28, 2012, at Wabash General Hospital in Mt. Carmel.  Private graveside services held at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery in Olney with Father Jerry Wirth officiating.

He was born August 9, 1966, in Indianapolis, Ind., the son of Patricia (Hardy) Seabolt. He married Lea Ann Slater on May 5, 2002, in Mt. Carmel. She survives.

Tom recently became a grandfather and loved spending time with his family and friends. He was always willing to lend a helping hand and had an especially big heart with animals and children. Tom was strong willed, witty and could always make you smile. He worked at Willy’s Carburetor & Dyno in Mt. Carmel for 10 years. Tom loved listening to all types of music. He also enjoyed camping, his motorcycle, NASCAR and was a lifelong Steelers fan.

He is survived by his wife, Lea Ann, of Mt. Carmel; mother, Patti, of Olney; son, Ryan, of Evansville, Ind.; grandson, Riley Seabolt, of Evansville, Ind.; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Patricia Hardy, and uncle, Kenny Bahl.
