Ronald Gene Brazier, 43, of Red Banks, Mississippi, formerly of Shawneetown, Illinois, died at 3:55 a.m. Saturday, May 27, 2006, at Red Banks from injuries suffered in an automobile accident.

Services held at Vickery Funeral Chapel in Shawneetown with the Rev. Ron Johnson officiating. Burial was in Westwood Cemetery.

He was born Jan. 8, 1963, in Eldorado to Bobby Gene Brazier and Linda Sue Thrasher Newcombe.

He was a truck driver for Yellow Freight Trucking Company.

In addition to his father, he is survived by a stepfather, Tommy J. Newcombe of Collierville, Tenn.

He was preceded in death by his mother; and a brother, Gary Ray Brazier.
