Rock Allen Hites, 29, of Olney died Friday, June 21, 1991 at Springfield Memorial Hospital.  The body was cremated.

Mr. Hites was born in Warren, Ohio, February 2, 1962, the son of Paul and Marjorie (Kellogg) Hites. He married Beth Elaine White, who survives.

Mr. Hites was a member of Elm Street Christian Church. He was owner/operator of Hites Hardwood, Inc., west of Noble; member of National Hardwood Lumbermen Association; Indiana and Illinois Hardwood Lumbermen Associations.

Mr. Hites is survived by his wife, Beth, Olney; one son, Zachary Allen at home; one daughter, Roxie Rianne at home; two brothers, Jeffrey and Blaine both of Olney; one sister, Della Jenkins, Springfield, Il.; parents, Paul and Marjorie Hites, Olney; three nieces and three nephews.

Mr. Hites was preceded in death by his grandparents.
