Mark Albert "Chip" Jennings, 18, 111 Hawthorne, Olney died Friday July 17, 1981 of injuries sustained in a plane crash near Sweetwater, Tennessee.  Burial in Haven Hill Cemetery in Olney.

Jennings was born November 24, 1962 in Olney, the son of Thomas and Glenda Elaine (Brinkley) Jennings.

He was a 1981 graduate of East Richland High School and was to enter Three Rivers College in Poplar Bluff, Mo. He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Olney.

Survivors include his parents; two brothers,  Anthony (Tony) and Timothy (Tim) both at home; grandmother, Mrs. Lynn Jennings, Olney; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Harold Brinkley, Olney and great-grandmother, Mrs. Glenna Afton Hennard, Tunnel Hill.
