Little Bill would be 76 years old today. Although his life was cut so short, his antics and passions remain deeply imbedded in the memories of those whose paths in life intersected his.We do remember.

Rest in peace, Bill.

That is so sad!  I am so sorry to learn that he died so young.  He always seemed like such a nice person.  It is a special tragedy to the family to have a member die so young and one I especially sympathize with myself, having a brother who died at 16.  The pain never really leaves and you're always left wondering why it happened.

VE day. May 8,1945. Little Bill was born. I remember his campaigning in 1956, handing out "I Like Ike" buttons. Seems like yesterday.
