Ron J. Hornback, 46, of Powder Springs, Ga., formerly of Olney, died Wednesday, Aug. 22, 1990 in Georgia Baptist Hospital, Atlanta, Ga.

Mr. Hornback was born March 11, 1944, in Austin, Texas, the son of Cebert and Mildred (Bauman) Hornback of Olney.

He was a photographer for Life Touch Studios and had played saxophone for Nashville Gospel Brass for eight years. Memorials can be directed to the Nashville Gospel Brass; envelopes are available at the funeral home.

He was a United States Navy veteran, serving from 1964 until he was honorably discharged in 1968.

Survivors include three sons, Justin of Austell, Ga., Kristopher of Austell and Ryan of Powder Springs; a sister, Susie Ness of Poway, Calif.; his parents and two nieces.
