Billie M. Kiger, Jr., age 66 of Pekin, Illinois passed away Tuesday, December 10, 2019 at 10:27 p.m. at his residence surrounded by his family.

He was born January 1, 1953 in Olney, Illinois son of Billie M. Sr. and Gladys V. (Lemons) Kiger.

Bill is survived by his wife, Linda Kiger; mother, Gladys Kiger and two children, Jay Kiger and Tina Armstrong and grandson, Ian Kiger. Also surviving is a brother, Michael E. Kiger.

He is preceded in death by his father and sister, Mary Catherine.

He will be missed as a loving father, husband and son.
